The Masked Dancer” revealed Elizabeth Smart to be the Moth dancer on Wednesday night, bringing the survivor-turned-activist back into the national spotlight.
What happened?
On Wednesday night, the show hosted the Group B playoffs, which included the Moth. Smart was revealed to be the Moth after she failed to defeat her opponents.
Only judge Brian Austin Green correctly guessed her identity.
- He said, “Can I just say that, for what you’ve dealt with in your life, you have been an inspiration for so many people and you’ve done so much good with a really difficult situation, and we need more people like you on the planet. Thank you.”
