Just a reminder — “Black Widow” is coming soon.

Is there a new ‘Black Widow’ trailer?

On Saturday, Marvel Studios dropped a new official trailer for the upcoming film “Black Widow,” giving Marvel fans another glimpse at the project that has been delayed for more than a year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

  • The trailer, which you can watch below or check out here, reminds us that “Black Widow” will be something of an origin story for the late Avenger. It shows clips of her as a youngster, and scenes where she reunites with her family.
  • The trailer also shows brief montages of Black Widow with the entire Avengers squad. She talks about what being an Avenger meant to her, too.

‘Black Widow’ details:

Disney+ said in an email that the new film will show Black Widow as she “confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.”

The “Black Widow” cast includes:

  • Scarlett Johansson (Natasha/Black Widow).
  • Florence Pugh (Yelena).
  • David Harbour (Alexei/The Red Guardian).
  • Rachel Weisz (Melina).

“Black Widow” hits theaters and Disney+ Premier Access on July 9. Interested parties can rent the film through Premier Access for $30.
