Litia Garr, from Salt Lake City, is one of 25 women vying for a chance at love with Bachelor Grant Ellis on Season 29 of ABC’s reality dating show, “The Bachelor.”
She was one of a handful of the women featured in intro videos that played during Monday night’s premiere.
The video showed Garr hanging out with loved ones on her family farm.
“I love having a big family and I want to have one of my own,” she said.
In the intro package, Garr also spoke about being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and losing her father at a young age.
“Religion is a guiding light in my life,” she said.
The 31-year-old Utah local is described as a “vibrant, empathetic and confident woman with a lot of love to give,” per ABC. “She is ready for a man to put her first and is looking for someone who is honest, vulnerable and family oriented.”
Garr works as a venture capitalist and earned her degree from Brigham Young University-Hawaii, per Yahoo News.
Outside of work, Garr is described as being “an incredibly fast swimmer” who “loves a good personality test,” per ABC. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, but “loathes” hiking.
“Just like Grant, Litia loves sports and enjoys watching basketball, football and water polo. She also loves riding horses and is a huge fan of the board game Clue, even though she feels that playing it is not her strongest suit,” reads her ABC bio.
“Litia is SO ready to meet her other half and is hoping that Grant will be the guy.”
Ahead of the show’s Monday premiere, Garr wrote, “Watch me live laugh love January 27 @ 8/7c on ABC,” per a post shared on her Instagram account.
