The “Twilight” saga is celebrating its 20th anniversary — and you can stream the movies for free to celebrate.

All five films in the popular vampire romance series will stream in a loop on Lionsgate’s official “Twilight” YouTube channel, starting this weekend, Deadline reported. The loop will begin Sunday at 1 p.m. MDT and end Sept. 14 at 12:59 p.m. MDT.

The streaming event comes just ahead of the 20-year anniversary of the first “Twilight” novel, which was written by Stephenie Meyer and was first published on Oct. 5, 2005. The first film adaptation, starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson as human-vampire couple Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, was released in 2008.

There will be plenty of other ways to celebrate the 20th anniversary besides the YouTube stream, however.

If you’d rather see “Twilight” on the big screen, the films will be returning to movie theaters between Oct. 29 and Nov. 2, with one of the five films playing each day, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Meanwhile, 20th-anniversary editions of the “Twilight” novels will be available Sept. 30, including a hardcover set of the entire series, as well as a special paperback edition, Variety reported.

There also will be some special events taking place this month. The “Forever Twilight in Forks” festival begins Sept. 11 in Forks, Washington (where the books and films take place), and Meyer will be in attendance, participating in a Q&A session and book signing. For those who can’t make it to Forks in person, the festival will be livestreaming the welcome event with Meyer.

The “Twilight in Concert” tour will also be visiting 60 cities across the U.S. between Sept. 12-Nov. 30, per Variety. The tour will be coming to the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City on Sept. 28.

And an animated series based on “Twilight” companion novel “Midnight Sun” is currently in production at Netflix, as the Deseret News previously reported, though a release date has not yet been announced.
