Not every Academy Award nominee will take home a coveted golden statuette this year, but 25 will receive a six-figure “Everybody Wins” gift bag.

For 24 years, Distinctive Assets, a Los Angeles-based entertainment marketing company, has curated luxury gift bags for award show nominees — a tradition meant to celebrate nominees and spotlight small and emerging companies.

“The ‘Everyone Wins’ Gift Bag has become known as the ultimate consolation prize,” Lash Fary, founder of Distinctive Assets, said in a statement.

“Win or lose, the nominees have touched our lives with their incredible performances and artistry. This is a small token of our esteem that we hope will be enjoyed and shared.”

“Our extraordinary nominee gifts are in no way based on need,” Fary said in a statement.

He continued, “We are acknowledging these amazing nominees while elevating and showcasing small businesses, minority-owned brands, female entrepreneurs and companies that give back at a time when everyone can use a little more fun and frivolity.”

Fary told Reuters he receives little feedback directly from recipients, but often sees them enjoying their luxury gifts on social media.

“Whenever they take a trip and post pictures, or they go in and get the waitlisted Sculpt and Lift facial at Rescue Spa — which one of the nominees already does — that’s the best feedback of all,” he told the outlet.

The 98th annual Academy Awards will air live on March 15 at 5 p.m. MDT on ABC and will stream on Hulu. The award show will be hosted by comedian Conan O’Brien for the second consecutive year.

O’Brien said audiences can expect “a lot of magic” at the upcoming Oscar show.

“There’ll be some explosions, CGI will be used. I see this second Oscars as an opportunity to take things up a notch,” he told ABC.

He added, “Early on, you just generate possibilities for the show: ‘What might we do?’ You have to wait and see which movies are nominated, what’s in the zeitgeist, so there’ll be a lot of ideas that come in late. Sometimes those are the best ideas.”
