You don’t need a pot of gold to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this year. National chains are leaning into the holiday with green- and rainbow-themed deals, from free doughnuts at Krispy Kreme to discounted items at Burger King.

Here is where to find the luckiest treats and biggest savings this week.

Krispy Kreme

Wear green to Krispy Kreme on Monday, March 16, and Tuesday, March 17, to snag a free green O’riginal Glazed doughnut. No purchase is necessary; guests simply wear green to qualify. The deal is available in-store or in the drive-thru.

If that’s not enough, 4,000 lucky guests will be randomly selected to win one dozen doughnuts per month for a year from April 2026 to March 2027, according to a company press release.

Krispy Kreme also expanded its menu to include the Shooting Shamrock doughnut, Over the Rainbow, Plaid Party and Chocolate Iced with St. Patrick’s Sprinkles doughnuts.
