Democratic presidential candidates Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are touting “Medicare for All.” This is not the same kind of Medicare senior citizens receive. I worked for more than 40 years and a set amount toward Medicare was deducted from each of my paychecks. Medicare for seniors also requires premiums of about $160 to receive health care.
Who are they fooling? This is actually Medicaid for All. No one will have paid into it and there are no monthly premiums.
Medicare for All is a train wreck. It will drain this country and taxpayers financially. How many trillions of dollars more do we have to go into debt before it is too late to realize what real financial disaster means?
