Earlier in my life I assumed that smaller Utah hospitals could never match those in Salt Lake City for quality, expertise, service, etc. Boy, was I wrong.
From the small hospital in Gunnison to the bigger one in American Fork, I have been amazed at the professionalism of the doctors and the nurses and caregivers of all sorts.
Except for needing specialty care, such as, perhaps, heart surgery, one really need not go any further than these smaller city hospitals. I neglect the many only because I have not benefited from their services, but I praise them all and feel that we, in Utah, are most fortunate.
My “thank you” extends to include doctors of all persuasions. Each has met me professionally and satisfied my needs. We should heartily thank these dedicated servants.
