It’s past time in stopping the insanity. The House did not do their job in preparing and completing a fair impeachment case. I am not a fan of this, or our past, president, but we cannot allow anyone to be brought up on charges that are conceived in secrecy and pursued by only one party. The House managers state outright lies and spread a false narrative. Yes, I’m aware this applies to both parties. However, it is not the responsibility of the Senate to complete House failures.

The preamble to the Constitution states, “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

It’s been more than three years, several investigations and millions of wasted tax dollars with no impeachable crimes. It’s past time for both houses to work on behalf of the American people. As a nation, we need positive legislation. There are many meaningful issues mentioned in the preamble being neglected by our career politicians.
