In Utah, looking out for one another isn’t just a value. It’s a way of life. March for Meals is our chance to live that out.

This month, we’re rallying behind Meals on Wheels Summit, Utah & Wasatch, which delivers nutritious meals and meaningful human connection to isolated, homebound seniors. More than a meal, it’s a lifeline that preserves dignity and independence for our oldest neighbors.

Right now, over 300 seniors in our community are on a waiting list. Waiting for food. Waiting for a friendly face. That’s not who we are.

Here’s how to help:

  • Volunteer to deliver meals.
  • Dine out at participating restaurants and grocery stores throughout March.
  • Donate — every gift is matched dollar for dollar, up to $100,000.

Caring for older adults isn’t someone else’s responsibility. It’s ours. If you believe in this community, now is the moment to show it.
