SALT LAKE CITY — Both Gach hit three free throws with 0.6 seconds remaining in overtime as Utah rallied to beat Colorado 74-72 at the Huntsman Center on Saturday in the regular-season finale for both teams.

Here are three takeaways that defined the game:

  • Utah trailed 72-71 in overtime when Gach was fouled by McKinley Wright IV on a 3-point attempt with less than a second to play. Gach cooly sank all three free throws and Wright missed a half-court shot on the inbound as the Utes (16-14, 7-11 Pac-12), who trailed much of the day, trailed by two but converted on their final possessions in both overtime and regulation.
