SALT LAKE CITY — A homecoming after a four-game Eastern road trip wasn’t enough to boost the Utah Jazz as they had their five-game winning streak snapped by the Toronto Raptors 111-102 Monday night at Vivint Arena.

Here are three takeaways that defined the game:

• Though the Raptors (46-18) were on the final stop of a five-game road trip and on the second night of a back-to-back — and were without key cogs Norman Powell, Marc Gasol and Fred VanVleet — the visitors had enough gas in the tank to leave Utah with a win. The Raptors, who dominated down the stretch for their fourth-straight road victory, were sparked by the threesome of Pascal Siakam (27 points), Serge Ibaka (27 points) and Kyle Lowry (21 points).

• Joe Ingles gave Utah a nice lift off the bench with 20 points and four 3-pointers, but the Jazz struggled offensively. A day after returning from their own road trip — a four-game sweep back East — the Jazz (41-23) shot just 39.8% as a team and didn’t get the usual offensive contributions from Donovan Mitchell (11 points, 4 of 16 shooting) or Bojan Bogdanovic (5 points, 2-8). The Jazz missed nine of their final 10 shots and were outscored 16-5 down the stretch.

• Toronto led most of the way, taking a 57-51 halftime lead and then building a 10-point advantage at 82-72 early in the fourth quarter. But Utah had one strong push to give. A few moments later, Rudy Gobert gave the Jazz an 87-85 lead with a dunk at the 5:48 mark of the fourth quarter, but that was it for the home team. Toronto had a 7-0 spurt — an OG Anunoby 3, two free throws by Ibaka and a Siakam layup — and withheld the hosts down the stretch. Utah pulled within two on a Mike Conley 3-pointer at 3:34, but Lowry answered a minute later with his own 3 to give the Raptors the momentum again in crunch time. The final minute was eventful as Gobert and Anunoby were both ejected for their parts in a pushing match after a long review by the officials.
