The 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament will officially be bubbled in Indiana.
About six weeks after the NCAA announced that the entire tournament would be held in one to-be-determined location, it was announced Monday that the location will be in the Hoosier State.
The majority of the tournament will be in Indianapolis, the NCAA said, with Ball State, Butler, the Horizon League, Indiana, IUPUI and Purdue hosting. Most of the teams will stay at Marriott hotels.

The NCAA said it is partnering with “a local health provider” to administer COVID-19 testing during the tournament. At this point, the NCAA said only “a limited number of family members of each participating team’s student-athletes and coaches” will be permitted to attend games, although that could change as the tournament gets closer.
All games will air on either TBS, CBS, TNT or truTV and their digital platforms.
The Final Four will be held on April 3 and April 5.
The NCAA announced in December that the women’s tournament will be held in “one geographic area” with San Antonio the likely general destination, although that has yet to be been finalized.
