3-star athlete Bryson Reeves will be playing college football for Utah.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Reeves is a wide receiver at St. Francis High School in La Canada Flintridge, California, but told 247 Sports that he was offered by cornerbacks coach Sharrieff Shah.

“Sharrieff Shah is who offered me and they like me as an athlete but I’ll start out at safety. The more research I did on their program, the more excited I was. I love how they do things there and how their program works. The culture is great, it’s a winning program and I think it’s a great all around fit for me,” Reeves told 247 Sports.
Reeves will be a “blue shirt,” meaning that he can enroll with the 2021 class, but his scholarship won’t count towards the 2021 class, but rather the 2022 class.
“I made the decision to hold off signing in December hoping for an opportunity like this. I wanted to be patient and not rush in to anything. I had a few other options I liked but the Pac-12 is where I’ve always wanted to play and to have that opportunity is really exciting for me,” Reeves told 247 Sports.
