Amazon Prime Video will soon release an NWSL docuseries, the league announced on Tuesday.

The series will be titled “For the Win: NWSL” and will consist of four episodes about the 2024 NWSL playoffs and championship, per the press release.

Only three players have been confirmed to be featured in the series so far: Marta, Trinity Rodman and Croix Bethune.

But the odds are high that former BYU Cougar Ashley Hatch will make an appearance in the show.

Hatch is teammates with Rodman and Bethune, and their team, the Washington Spirit, made it to the 2024 NWSL championship.

Hatch played a pivotal role in the Spirit’s journey to the playoffs.

She scored five goals in the final seven games of the regular season, finishing with the second-most goals scored on the team — and that’s after being demoted from her starting role.

Hatch still appeared in 24 games during the season, coming off the bench for eight of those.

In 2024, Hatch surpassed 50 career regular season goals, moved into sixth place on the NWSL’s all-time regular season scoring list and earned her 150th NWSL cap.

Her performance last season earned her an invitation to the U.S. women’s national team’s January training camp. It was Hatch’s first time with the team since December 2023.

Making it to the championship last season has Hatch “super motivated going into this season,” she told the Deseret News in January.

“I think as as a team, the Spirit, we made a lot of progress throughout the season, just from where we started and from where we ended,” she said. “I feel like we can just continue to build off of where we left off with obviously a change of some players here and there. So I’m really excited and motivated, just because last year was a lot of fun to see the improvement that we made as a team and as individuals.”

She believes that having continued success with the Spirit this season can lead to more opportunities with the national team.

“I know that if I’m focused on doing well there, and my team does well, and I do well, that just helps naturally create more opportunities to come back into this environment with U.S. Soccer, and so, I’m super motivated and excited,” she said.

The 2025 NWSL season starts with the preseason Challenge Cup, a rematch of the 2024 championship between the Spirit and Pride, on March 7.

The regular season will begin on March 14.
