Xavier Cocci was prolific for the Eagles, throwing for multiple touchdowns including a late 27-yard pass to Alex Brown with just seven seconds left. Cocci also added rushing scores in the first and third quarters, showcasing his versatility. Jonah Mailei contributed significantly with two rushing touchdowns in the fourth quarter as Skyline broke away decisively. Juan Diego’s One Vea scored twice, including a 63-yard run in the third quarter, but it wasn’t enough to keep up with Skyline’s explosive offense.

Sky View 62, Bear River 17

Goodliffe’s performance was pivotal as he contributed a 40-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter and a 4-yard touchdown pass in the second. Duchesne’s Alec Thomas added a critical 14-yard field goal just before halftime to maintain the Eagles’ edge. Despite Beaver’s strong start to the season, Duchesne’s late-game heroics sealed their close victory.
