Brock Harris is showing off why he’s rated a four-star talent in the 2026 recruiting class.
The latest evidence of that came last Friday, when the Pine View senior tight end and BYU commit had a career night in the Panthers’ 42-14 win over Dixie.
The 6-foot-6 Harris ended up catching five passes for 189 yards, and all five receptions went for touchdowns.

That is the first game this season in Utah high school football that a player has had five receiving touchdowns.
The state record for receiving touchdowns in a single game is six — that was set by Jordan’s Derrell Nichols two years ago in a September 2023 matchup against Cottonwood, according to the UHSAA record books.
Harris becomes the 14th high school player in state history to have five receiving touchdowns in a game. It happened twice in 2024, accomplished by Corner Canyon’s Chryshaun Lee and Sky View’s Liam Guthrie, according to the UHSAA.
Per MaxPreps’ national statistical database, Harris’ 11 receiving touchdowns this season currently leads the country. (It should be noted that Utah high school football started a week before many other states.)
In the win over Dixie, Harris got his career night started with a 15-yard touchdown reception with 6:50 left in the second quarter.
He added a 56-yard touchdown two and a half minutes later, a quick answer to Dixie’s first touchdown of the night.
Harris then caught three second-half touchdowns — of 62, 27 and 29 yards — to help the Panthers pull away from the Flyers.
