There were 49 Utah ties on NFL active rosters for the third week of the 2025 NFL season.

While things were a bit quieter offensively than previous weeks for Utah ties — particularly on Sunday — there were several standout defensive efforts.

Here’s how each Utah tie performed during Week 3 of the season.

Utah ties in NFL box scores, Week 3

Bills 31, Dolphins 21

Buffalo

  • Cole Bishop, S, Utah: Started at safety and had 5 tackles, including 4 solo stops.
  • Jackson Hawes, TE, Highland High: Had 1 catch for 5 yards and a touchdown, his first touchdown as a pro, when he scored in the second quarter.
  • Taron Johnson, CB, Weber State: Started at nickel cornerback and had a team-high 8 tackles (6 solo), along with a tackle for loss and pass deflection on a third-down play.
  • Dalton Kincaid, TE, Utah: Started at tight end and had team highs with 5 receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown. He caught a 20-yard touchdown in the first quarter for Buffalo’s first score.

Miami

  • Zach Wilson, QB, BYU and Corner Canyon High: Did not play.

Panthers 30, Falcons 0

Carolina

  • Brady Christensen, OG, BYU and Bountiful High: Played as a reserve.

Atlanta

  • Tyler Allgeier, RB, BYU: Had 1 carry for 4 yards and 1 reception for 0 yards.
  • Kaden Elliss, LB, Judge Memorial High: Started at inside linebacker and tied for the team lead with 9 tackles (5 solo), 1 sack for a 7-yard loss, 3 tackles for loss and a QB hurry. His sack came on a third down play in the red zone led to a field goal.
  • Clark Phillips III, CB, Utah: Did not play.

Browns 13, Packers 10

Cleveland

  • Mohamoud Diabate, LB, Utah: Had 2 tackles.

Green Bay

  • Zayne Anderson, S, BYU and Stansbury High: Had 2 special teams tackles (1 solo).
  • Chris Brooks, RB, BYU: Had an assisted special teams tackle.
  • Jordan Love, QB, Utah State: Started at quarterback and completed 18 of 25 passes for 183 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception, while also rushing for 18 yards on 4 carries. Love’s 3-yard TD pass in the third quarter gave Green Bay a 10-0 lead, though his fourth-quarter interception gave way to a Browns touchdown that tied the game at 10-10 with three minutes to play.

Jaguars 17, Texans 10

Jacksonville

  • Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah: Started at linebacker and had 6 tackles (2 solo, 2 special teams), 1 tackle for loss and a fumble recovery. His fourth-quarter fumble recovery stopped a deep drive by Houston and led to the game-winning touchdown by Jacksonville.
  • Tim Patrick, WR, Utah: Had 1 reception for 16 yards.

Houston

  • Dalton Schultz, TE, Bingham High: Started at tight end and had 5 receptions for 39 yards, as well as an assisted tackle.

Vikings 48, Bengals 10

Minnesota

  • No Utah ties on active roster.

Cincinnati

  • Ryan Rehkow, P, BYU: Had 6 punts for a 54.7-yard average (43.3 net) and one downed inside the 20.

Steelers 21, Patriots 14

Pittsburgh

  • Miles Killebrew, S, Southern Utah: Had an assisted special teams tackle.
  • Jaylen Warren, RB, Utah State, Snow College and East High: Started at running back and had a team-high 47 rushing yards on 18 carries while also leading the Steelers with 5 receptions for 34 yards. He accounted for 29 total yards on Pittsburgh’s game-winning drive.

New England

  • Khyiris Tonga, DT, BYU and Granger High: Played as a reserve but did not record any statistics.

Eagles 33, Rams 26

Philadelphia

  • Cameron Latu, TE, Olympus High: Played as a reserve but did not record any statistics.

Los Angeles

  • Puka Nacua, WR, BYU and Orem High: Started at wide receiver and had a game-high 11 receptions for 112 yards and 1 carry for 6 yards. It was his second game with double-digit catches and 100-plus receiving yards this season.

  • No Utah ties on active roster.

New York

  • Jay Tufele, DT, Bingham High: Not active for game with an illness.

Colts 41, Titans 20

  • Cody Barton, LB, Utah and Brighton High: Started at linebacker and had a team-high 6 tackles, including 5 solo stops.

Washington

  • Matt Gay, K, Utah and Orem High: Made field goals of 46 and 56 yards, while missing from 37. He also made five extra points.
  • Bobby Wagner, MLB, Utah State: Started at linebacker and had a game-high 11 tackles (6 solo), 2 sacks, 2 tackles for loss and 3 QB hurries. Those were his first 2 sacks of the season.

Las Vegas

  • Leki Fotu, DT, Utah and Herriman High: Played as a reserve but did not record any statistics.
  • Jackson Powers-Johnson, OL, Corner Canyon High: Played as a reserve.

Chargers 23, Broncos 20

Los Angeles

  • Alohi Gilman, S, Orem High: Started at safety and had 2 solo tackles.
  • Andre James, C, Herriman High: Played as a reserve.

Denver

  • Garett Bolles, OT, Utah, Snow College and Westlake High: Started at left tackle.
  • Jonah Elliss, OLB, Utah: Had 4 tackles (2 solo, 2 special teams), 1 tackle for loss, 1 pass deflection and 1 forced fumble on a kickoff return that led to a Denver field goal.
