The University of Utah added another verbal commit to its 2026 recruiting class on Sunday.
This one came from three-star wide receiver Hudson Lewis, who flipped his commitment from Washington State, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

Lewis is a 5-foot-10, 175-pound wide receiver from Timberline High in Boise Idaho.
He is rated a three-star talent in 247 Sports’ composite rankings with a 0.8644 grade.

His top game thus far was a seven-reception, 193-yard receiving game in a 43-15 win over Nelson where he caught four touchdowns.
Last Friday in Timberline’s 33-7 victory over Meridian, Lewis had a team-high five receptions for 54 yards and a touchdown, while adding two carries for 12 yards. Another future Ute and linebacker recruit, LaGary Mitchell, also caught a touchdown pass for Meridian’s only score.
