Grantsville 8, Ben Lomond 0
Lindsey Wangsgard and Kamry Allen each scored three goals to lead No. 4 Grantsville to an 8-0 victory over No. 13 Ben Lomond in the first round of the 3A playoffs. Wangsgard also added an assist, while teammate Lindsey Orton contributed one goal and four assists. Grantsville (11-6) controlled the match from the start, scoring four goals in each half, while Ben Lomond (4-10) couldn’t find the back of the net.
Morgan 6, Delta 0
Kapree Charlton scored twice as No. 9 Morgan defeated No. 8 Delta 6-0 in the first round of the 3A Playoffs. Morgan (4-11) took a commanding lead in the first half with four goals, including contributions from Monea Whimpey, Amy Thomas, and Lilly Evans. Goalkeepers Eve Sandoval and Skye Bernardo combined for the shutout against Delta (9-10).
Richfield 2, North Sanpete 0
Mataiya Murray and Sydney Brown each scored in the first half to lead No. 6 Richfield to a 2-0 victory over No. 11 North Sanpete in the first round of the 3A playoffs. Richfield (13-5) relied on solid defense, with Zeze Lafaele securing the shutout. North Sanpete (4-10) was unable to find the back of the net against the strong Wildcats’ defense.
Carbon 12, Providence Hall 0
Malia Smith scored five goals to lead No. 2 Carbon to a commanding 12-0 victory over No. 15 Providence Hall in the first round of the 3A playoffs. The Dinos (15-2) surged to an 8-0 halftime lead and maintained their dominance with four more goals in the second half. Blythe Bradford contributed two goals, while Madi Barlow secured the shutout as Carbon advanced to the next round. Providence Hall ends their season with a record of (1-13).
Canyon View 1, Juab 0
Hallie Horton scored the decisive penalty kick, securing No. 5 Canyon View’s 1-0 win over No. 12 Juab in the first round of the 3A playoffs. Tess Bailey recorded the shutout for Canyon View (10-6) as they advanced. Juab (7-9) was eliminated after failing to score in the tightly contested match.
Manti 8, Emery 0
No. 3 Manti dominated No. 14 Emery 8-0 in a 3A first-round playoff game, with Taylie Mickelsen scoring three goals to lead the Templars. Manti (12-4) jumped out to an early lead, scoring seven goals in the first half. Chloe Olson contributed significantly with one goal and three assists, while Madelyn Bridges added two goals and two assists. Averie Jo Robbins secured the shutout for Manti, as Emery (4-13) was unable to mount any offense.
Logan 1, Union 0
Izzie Hollingsworth’s second-half goal propelled No. 10 Logan to a 1-0 victory over No. 7 Union in the first round of the 3A playoffs. Logan’s goalkeeper Langley White secured the shutout, helping the Grizzlies (3-10) advance to the next round. Union, meanwhile, ended their season with an 8-9 record.

American Leadership 1, Millard 0
Brooke Downing scored the lone goal as No. 6 American Leadership defeated No. 11 Millard 1-0 in the 2A second round playoff game. Kaylin Hernandez secured the shutout, helping American Leadership (12-6) advance. Millard finished the season with an 11-6 record.
Rowland Hall 2, San Juan 0
Sasha Alfaro and AJ Chicos each netted a goal to lead No. 12 Rowland Hall past No. 5 San Juan 2-0 in the second round of the 2A playoffs. Goalkeeper Rhaena Vicente secured the shutout for the Winged Lions, improving their record to 9-6. San Juan (9-9) was unable to break through Rowland Hall’s defense, ending their postseason run.
Maeser Prep 5, South Sevier 0
Caitlyn Herbert scored twice as No. 4 Maeser Prep defeated No. 13 South Sevier 5-0 in the second round of the 2A playoffs. The Lions (12-6) jumped out to an early lead with three first-half goals, including contributions from Anna Tingey and Tess Jorgensen, who also added two assists. Maeser Prep’s Huey Jackson kept a clean sheet to secure the shutout, while South Sevier ended their season with an 8-11 record.
American Heritage 8, Utah Military Hillfield 0
Top-seeded American Heritage dominated in a 2A second round playoff game, defeating No. 14 Utah Military Hillfield 8-0. Ada Werner and Mikelle Arnson each scored twice for the Patriots (10-6), who surged with four goals in each half. Jules Gardner, Gretchen Niemann, Isabelle Steele, and Olivia Knecht also found the net to contribute to the comprehensive victory. The Thunderbirds (6-13) were unable to score against a resilient American Heritage defense.
St. Joseph 8, Enterprise 0
Sofia Evans scored all eight goals for No. 2 St. Joseph as they dominated No. 15 Enterprise 8-0 in the 2A Playoffs second round. The Jayhawks (11-4) established a commanding lead with six goals in the first half, while Enterprise (6-14) struggled to respond. Addison Doebler provided five assists and secured the shutout for St. Joseph, advancing the team further in the playoffs.
Grand 2, South Summit 0
In a 2A second round playoffs game, No. 7 Grand defeated No. 10 South Summit 2-0, with Gemma Phillips scoring and assisting on another goal. Hadley Kasprick also found the back of the net for Grand, while Elizabeth Redd recorded the shutout for the Red Devils (14-4). South Summit (7-10) was unable to score against Grand’s defense.
Waterford 9, North Summit 0
In the 2A second round playoff game, Milana Massinople scored three goals leading No. 1 Waterford to a commanding 9-0 victory over No. 16 North Summit. Whitney Spanos contributed with two goals and four assists, while Lexee Hasebi added one goal and assisted three times for the Ravens (14-1). North Summit (4-15) was unable to break through Waterford’s defense, ending the game scoreless.
Beaver 4, Draper APA 2
Ruby Lurth scored a hat trick as No. 9 Beaver defeated No. 8 Draper APA 4-2 in the second round of the 2A playoffs. Lurth’s three goals helped the Beavers (13-5) establish a commanding lead after scoring twice in the first half. Braylee Carter added another goal for Beaver. For Draper APA, Ella Hagopian scored both goals in the second half, but the Eagles (9-8) couldn’t overcome the early deficit.
