Utah continued to add to its tight end room on Wednesday with the commitment of Oklahoma State transfer Will Monney, per On3’s Pete Nakos.
The 6-foot-4, 230-pound redshirt junior caught three passes for 39 yards in 2025. Prior to Oklahoma State, Monney spent two years at Utah State, catching 11 passes for 138 yards and a touchdown in 2024.
Monney is the second tight end to transfer to Utah this offseason, joining Weber State tight end Noah Bennee.
After losing tight end Dallen Bentley to graduation, Utah is looking for players to fill his production in 2026. Hunter Andrews, who had his season cut short by injury, is the safest bet to be TE1.
Bennee, who earned a spot on the All-Big Sky second team after a 2025 season that saw him haul in 23 catches for 264 yards for Weber State, and now Monney will join the tight end room and compete for playing time.
