Although not a comprehensive list, here are some of the most popular — for better or worse — Super Bowl commercials from this year’s game.

Oakley Meta

Smart choice to feature Seahawks legend Marshawn Lynch in this spot, and adding world-famous streamer IShowSpeed certainly doesn’t hurt.

Rocket Mortgage Redfin

He Gets Us

This religion-based advertising campaign has been a popular one over the past few years.

Reception was positive.

hims & hers

The spot features a voiceover from rapper/actor Common. There was also a startling up-close shot of a face lift procedure.

One social media user found the sequence of commercials ironic.

Another felt that the commercial had a bigger purpose in mind.

Founder and CEO of hims affirmed this.

Amazon Alexa+

Several people identified a deeper message in this commercial. This one drew lots of commentary on the threat of AI to humanity.

Dove

This marks the third straight year that Dove has appeared in the Super Bowl — and the third year that the brand has chosen to spotlight girls’ confidence.

Levi’s Jeans

This one was essentially 45 seconds of people’s backsides, including Woody‘s from “Toy Story.”

Some thought it was overkill.

Uber Eats

Uber Eats returned to the Super Bowl for the sixth consecutive year.

Bosch

Liquid I.V.

Singing toilets are sure to get our attention.

A lot of folks were not a fan of this however.

Dunkin’

Some people felt differently.

Budweiser

We mentioned this one in an article earlier this week. Many people were quite moved by it.

Bud Light

Bud Light continued to lean on popular names Peyton Manning, Post Malone and Shane Gillis, who were also in last year’s Super Bowl ad — one that “represents a 180-degree turn from the 2023 Dylan Mulvaney controversy that launched a boycott," as Jennifer Graham reported.

Novartis

Novartis became the NFL’s first corporate pharmaceutical partner this year, and it is off to a strong start with this commercial.

Pepsi

Pepsi stirred controversy with its Super Bowl ad by borrowing one of advertising’s most iconic images: the Coca-Cola polar bear. The commercial also included a viral moment from last summer.

Instacart

This one features Utah resident Benson Boone and Ben Stiller. There’s also an extended cut on Instacart’s YouTube channel.

Pringles

That’s not all though. Pringles took to social media to share more “Pringleleo” content.

GrubHub

This one received mixed reviews, in part because the deal applies only to orders over $50.

Xfinity

This commercial rewrites a story known for disaster into a perfectly pleasant vacation.

One social media user said he liked the commercial more than any of the six sequel films.

Ritz

This one featured “SNL” alumnus Bowen Yang, actor Jon Hamm and actress Scarlett Johansson.

One brand marketer had this to say about the ad:

Salesforce

If anyone is in need of a million dollars, this commercial is for you.

View Comments

Salesforce is partnering with Mr. Beast launching a million dollar puzzle. The ad shows a QR code at the end and it leads to this website with more information on the challenge.

Fanatics Sportsbook

Fanatics Sportsbook drew criticism for showing Kendall Jenner using her collection of athlete ex‑boyfriends to promote sports betting.

The LA Times writes, “It must be nice to either have such a great relationship with your exes that you can make fun of them on national television.”

In a game that did not get entertaining until the fourth quarter, the commercials provided ample entertainment throughout the evening.
