Bez Mbeng has made quite an impression on the Utah Jazz over the last couple of weeks. In fact, the team plans to sign him for the remainder of the 2025-26 season.

Mbeng’s second 10-day contract is set to expire on Thursday, but Mbeng will be traveling with the team on their upcoming three-game trip to Houston, Oklahoma City and New Orleans.

Signing with the team for the rest of this season, clears the way for Mbeng to join the Jazz’s Summer League team.

The Jazz signed Mbeng to a 10-day deal on March 13 and then again on March 23. Over the course of those contracts he has appeared in 11 games for the Jazz and started in three games. In 11 appearances he has averaged 5.0 points and 3.4 rebounds.

Prior to joining the Jazz, the 22-year-old rookie played in 41 games for the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the Miami Heat’s G League affiliate.
