You can now buy girl scouts cookies online.
The Girl Scouts of America announced the change Friday, as the organization is no longer able to sell cookies door-to-door or hold cookie booths in many areas due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“You can still buy your favorite cookies online today and have them shipped to your door — or donate cookies and we’ll distribute them safely to provide comfort to first responders, volunteers, and local causes in need,” the organization’s official website says.
The Girl Scouts of America also recently launched a Girl Scouts at Home initiative to provide free STEM, outdoors, life skills and entrepreneurship learning activities for girls to do with their friends and fellow Girl Scouts — even when they can’t meet up in person.
