“How can you hate me when you don’t even know me?”

Daryl Davis has been on a quest to answer that question for most of his life. He knows there are people who hate him simply because he is Black. He’s talked to thousands, including even the most extreme haters: members of the Ku Klux Klan, white supremacists and neo-Nazis. 

Davis has helped change the minds of more than 200 white supremacists, and his experiences have taught him a lot. He understands how to have conversations with hateful people. There’s a lot we all can learn.
