FARMINGTON — The identities of two people killed in a head-on crash allegedly caused by a wrong-way driver that also injured three others were released Monday.

Just before 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, a vehicle entered the Legacy Highway going the wrong way, according to the Utah Highway Patrol, possibly entering the road going up the off-ramp at Parrish Lane.

The car struck another vehicle head-on near 1470 South in Farmington. One person in each vehicle was killed, according to the UHP.

The front passenger in one vehicle, Gissell Enciso, 19, of West Valley City, sustained fatal injuries. In the car that was going the wrong way, Destry R. Hone, 38, of Spanish Fork, who was in the back seat, was killed, according to the UHP.

The driver of the wrong-way vehicle and a second passenger were taken to a local hospital with undisclosed injuries.
