Many of these families can’t afford a nice holiday meal or provide warm clothing for their families,” said Rev. Joe Vazquez, co-executive director of the mission, in a statement. ”We’re looking for compassionate people to partner with us to bless those in need this holiday season. Your support helps provide a festive atmosphere while providing much needed services to a vulnerable population.” Donations can be dropped off at the mission, 1151 S. Redwood Road No. 106. Nonperishable boxed and canned items are especially needed.
