SALT LAKE CITY — Two men arrested this week in separate sexual assault investigations were each formally charged in Cache County on Wednesday.

Arthur Bryar Robinson, 25, of Logan, was charged in two cases representing two victims. He was charged in 1st District Court with two counts of rape, two counts of object rape and four counts of forcible sodomy, all first-degree felonies; and two counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony.

Conner Isaac Clifford, 28, of Logan, was charged with aggravated kidnapping, two counts of object rape and forcible sodomy, all first-degree felonies.

Robinson is accused of sexually assaulting two women dating back to 2016. In one case, he admitted to investigators to “treating (his victim) as an object and not stopping sexual assault when told to,” according to a police affidavit.
