A Timberline Helicopters helicopter delivers a footbridge for installation over Holmes Creek at East Mountain Wilderness Park in Kaysville on Wednesday. The bridge, which was installed by multiple crews overseen by Acme Construction, had to be airlifted in because the area is not accessible by road. The park is located at approximately 1625 E. 650 North and features 140 acres of wilderness with the Rocky Mountains as the backdrop. It contains five campsites that can hold up to four tents tucked in the trees. There is also a series of trails used for mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing that connect to the Bonneville Shoreline Trails.
