KAYSVILLE — One person died and four more were injured Sunday evening in a crash in Kaysville, police said.
The crash occurred at 700 E. Crestwood Road when a car plowed into a fence, said Kaysville police officer Lexi Benson.
The five people inside the car were flown or taken by ambulances to the hospital, where one died and at least one was in critical condition, Benson said.
The name of the person who died was not immediately released.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation Sunday night. Police did not know if speed was a factor, according to Benson.
