FARMINGTON — A Clearfield man already accused of secretly recording women at a store now faces additional child voyeurism charges.
Tyson Shawn Young, 32, of Clearfield, was charged Wednesday in 2nd District Court with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony; and voyeurism involving a minor, a third-degree felony.
In June, Young was arrested for secretly recording women in a store, focusing his phone on their breasts and buttocks, according to charging documents. He was charged with voyeurism.
But while police were going through Young’s phone, several videos of a young girl dressing were discovered, the charges state. Investigators say Young stuck his cellphone under a door frame to record the girl, according to charging documents.
The new charges were filed after police conducted a forensics review of Young’s phone.
