MURRAY — Two people were found dead inside a Murray home Wednesday after police went to the house to conduct a welfare check.
Officers were asked to check on a man and a woman, both in their 50s, by family members who said they had not heard from the couple for several days, according to a statement from Murray police.
A gun was recovered at the scene near 6100 South and 1230 West, but Murray police have released very few details.
“This is still an active investigation and the identities of the victims are not currently available,” police said.
