A variety of faith leaders blessed the hands of caregivers and colleagues at St. Mark’s Hospital in Millcreek on Friday, a final celebration for National Hospital Week.
The 20th annual ceremony offers a day of healing for the healers and recognizes caregivers and hospital employees for all that they do to promote healing and provide comfort for patients throughout the year.
The spiritual leaders represented different religious organizations, including Buddhist, Catholic, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jewish, Lutheran, Baptist, Muslim and Native American.
