Church services were canceled Sunday morning at a meetinghouse in Orem after members arriving for worship discovered what they thought was a suspected break-in and an unidentified white substance spread throughout parts of the building.

There turned out to be no break-in or vandalism, but instead, wet spots from a malfunctioning fire sprinkler, according to a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints spokesperson.

The incident occurred at the Orem Park Stake Center, a meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
