Park City’s Miners Day — celebrated on Labor Day — treated large crowds to traditional events and a few surprises on a beautiful fall Monday.
Events included the popular Running with the Balls fundraiser event down Main Street, a military flyover by fighter jets from Hill Air Force Base, a rousing parade filled with fun local entries and musical entertainment, as well as face-painting, treats and other family activities at the park.
As a tribute to the community’s past, local entries held a mucking and drilling competition.
