Extradition proceedings for nine members of the Ervil LeBaron polygamist family have been postponed until Monday.
The family members were arrested Feb. 14 after a North Lake, Ill., police officer pulled over a truck bearing expired Georgia license plates.Among those arrested was Aaron LeBaron, 20, a son of the late Ervil LeBaron.
Aaron LeBaron is the prime suspect in the slaying of polygamist leader Daniel Ben Jordan, who was gunned down Oct. 16, 1987, at a deer hunting party on National Forest land near Manti, Utah.
