Jana Novotna became the only two-time winner of this year's Wimbledon tournament, teaming with Jim Pugh to win the mixed doubles final.

Novotna, of Czechoslovakia, and Pugh, of Palos Verdes, Calif., beat the Australian team of Jenny Byrne and Mark Kratzmann 6-4, 5-7, 6-4 in a 100-minute final. Novotna and compatriot Helena Sukova had earlier teamed to win the women's doubles title.
