"I realize the value of my experience to other people but I don't want to be identified for the rest of my life as a cancer victim. I'm willing to talk about it now but the time isn't far off when I won't."Remick was first diagnosed a year ago and she underwent treatment at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md. Working also helps her recovery and soon she goes to the Soviet Union with Vanessa Redgrave, Maximilian Schell and Christopher Plummer to film "The Young Catherine," a television movie about Catherine the Great.
