Kenneth W. Bell has resigned as vice president and chief financial officer of Bonneville Pacific Corp., the Salt Lake-based independent power-producing company.

Robert L. Wood, chairman of the BP board, praised Bell for his work and said he has played a significant role in the company's success to date.As previously announced, Stephen Nadauld, former president of Weber State College, has joined Bonneville as vice chairman and chief financial officer.
