Kent Edward Kramer, age 30, our loving husband, daddy, son and brother, was making a remarkable recovery from a liver transplant when he passed away unexpectedly May 27, l990 after suffering a brain hemorrhage at University Hospital.
Born March 13, l960 in Salt Lake City, the son of Edward F.and Marion Cowles Kramer. Married Jane Ellen Vanderlinden, August 24, 1981, in the Salt Lake L.D.S. Temple. Kent was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Alabama, Birmingham Mission. He also served the church in the Primary and Young Men's organizations. He graduated from Highland High School and Brigham Young University and worked as a credit analyst for Ford Motor Credit Co.Survived by his wife; daughters Sarah Anne, 6, Laura Beth, 3, and Alisha Marie, 2, all of West Jordan; parents Salt Lake City; and sisters, Kristine Lambert, Salt Lake City; and Kathie Haroldsen, Orem, Utah.
Kent had a quick sense of humor. He enjoyed tennis, skiing and basketball but those things always trailed far behind his love and devotion to his family. He loved to spend time teaching and playing with his three little girls. Daddy taught his girls to play the piano, tie shoes, play games and count bugs. Kent understood his purpose in this life and worked diligently to accomplish the things he knew were important. His love for life enabled him to fight hard to the end.
Funeral services are scheduled Thursday, May 31, 1990 at 12 Noon in the L.D.S. stake center at 8950 So. 1300 W. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Funeral Directors, Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
