Doug Flutie of the British Columbia Lions broke Warren Moon's Canadian Football League record for passing yardage in a season with a 582-yard performance in a 45-38 overtime loss to Edmonton on Saturday. With three games remaining in the regular season, Flutie has passed for 5,676 yards. Moon passed for 5,648 yards for Edmonton in 1983.
