Wanted for bank robbery.

Leslie Isben Rogge is wanted for several bank robberies that have occurred across the country, the latest of which took place in the Southwest part of the United States.

FBI officials say he has recently been seen in Utah.

Rogge has worked as a carpenter and a machinist and is an expert recreational sailor. He has previously owned and operated large sailboats and has sailed extensively off the coast of Mexico.

His wife (also shown in photograph) is Judy Wilson, 35. Rogge wears Foster Grant dark wire-rimmed glasses and often wears a beard and a mustache. FBI agents suspect he may have a police scanner in his possession.

Charge: Aggravated sexual abuse of a child (first-degree felony)Pedro Gasca Narvaez has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child for allegedly molesting a 9-year-old girl on three different occasions during March 1990.

The Salt Lake County sheriff's office has issued a warrant for his arrest and has placed him on the sheriff's list of most wanted fugitives. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is encouraged to call the Salt Lake County sheriff's office at 535-5441.
