Scopes-Garcia-Carlisle, 375 W. 200 South, has been hired by two companies to provide advertising and public relations services.

One is the national Blimpie restaurant chain to handle the advertising for its 19 Utah franchises. Greg Carlisle, company president, said SGC will develop a multimedia campaign for Blimpie that will be test marketed by the national headquarters for potential use in other markets.SGC also has been hired by Pegasus Music and Video, the retail outlet for KSG Distributing, Lay-ton, owned and operated by Kevin Garn. A multimedia campaign for Pegasus featuring television, radio, direct mail, point-of-sale and public relations will be developed by SGC.
