THE PRINCIPAL
As principal, Greg Hudnall is helping Independence High make the transition from its current location to a new $3.4 million facility near Paul Ream Wilderness Park (construction is expected to begin within two months).
Education: Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and master's degree in social work from the University of Utah Where he taught school: Independence High What he likes about being principal: "Independence High is my second home."
Education philosophy: "There's no such thing as a failure or a dropout, only options. It's my job and my staff's job to provide options for students struggling in school."
