VERNAL-Perry Glendon Slaugh, age 65, died August 26, 1992, in Vernal.
Born January 11, 1927 in Vernal, a son of Fredrick Elias and Martha Jane Greenhow Slaugh. Married Ruby Gilroy in Vernal; marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a drilling supervisor for Chevron Oil Co. Veteran of World War II, U. S. Army. Very active in the LDS Church.Survived by his wife, Ruby G. Slaugh of Vernal; son, Kenneth G. Slaugh, West Jordan; daughter, Mrs. Jeffrey (Connie) Green, Salt Lake City; five grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd L. Slaugh, Vernal; Dee Slaugh, Grand Junction, Colo.; Clyde J. Slaugh, Rangely, Colo.; James Slaugh, Calif.; and sister, Mrs. Don (Fay) Kendall, Grand Junction, Colo.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 29, 11 a.m., in the Vernal 6th Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Thomson's Vernal Mortuary, Friday, 7-9 p.m. and Saturday 9:30-10:30 a.m. Burial, Jensen Cemetery.
