The estranged wife of actor Kelsey Grammer is refusing his request for an annulment. An annulment, as opposed to a divorce, would negate any claim Leigh-Anne Csuhany might make to shared property. The former exotic dancer and the "Cheers" star wed in September, but the couple separated in May. At the time of the split, Csuhany was pregnant and Grammer announced he would sue for custody of the child when it was born. Csuhany subsequently had an abortion.
