Randy Kenneth Ingram, age 39, died October 5, 1994 as a result of an automobile accident, while on duty with the Utah Highway Patrol.
Born September 14, 1955 in Nephi, Utah, to Kenneth R. and Phyllis Anderson Ingram. He married Carlene Provstgaard, July 17, 1987 in Payson, Utah. Randy was a Highway Patrol Trooper for the Utah Highway Patrol for 10 years. He was a member of the Utah National Guard for 20 years and served in Desert Storm. He was raised and educated in Nephi.Survived by his wife, of Mona; and children, Megan Ingram, 4 years old and Devan Jack Ingram, 2 years old, both of Mona; parents, Kenneth and Phyllis Ingram; sister, Julie Robinson (Nyle), all of Nephi; grandmother, Vera Anderson, of Moroni; in-laws, Jack and Joyce Provstgaard, of Payson; Karl and Sharon Shuler; Doug and Jeannine Patten; nephews and nieces, Jed, Kristen, Heather, Aubrey, Amy, Ryan, Nichole, Marci Jo, and Monica.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 10, 1994 in the Nephi Stake Center, 351 North 100 West. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi, and at the stake center from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial in the Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
