Loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, Dominic Gamingasco, returned home to his Savior December 12, 1994, surrounded by his loving family.
Survived by his wife, Lucille Eckman Gamingasco; daughters, Nancy and Fred Schuman; Tammy and Todd Bogenschutz; five granddaughters-whom he treasured; one grandson-whom he adored; and two grandsons'-in-law. Preceded in death by his baby son, Michael and beautiful daughter, Carolyn.Dominic was born on February 18, 1917, in Tooele, Utah to Lucy Mark and Anselmo Gamangasso. Married Lucille Eckman on July 23, 1939, and took up residency in Midvale, Utah.
Mass of the Resurrection will be Wednesday, December 14, 1994, 7 p.m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church, 1375 East Spring Lane. Following the mass the family invites you to the Parish Center to celebrate Dominic's life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the St. Vincent Building Fund.
Graveside Committal services will be held 12 noon, Thursday, December 15, 1994, at West Jordan Cemetery, 7800 South 1300 West. Funeral directors, Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary.
