KEVIN BROWN, Beaver: Senior helped the Beavers maintain ownership of the top spot in the DesNews class 2A rankings with 21 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Kanab Friday. Added a 14-point effort the next night as the defending 2A state champions defeated Millard.Brown, a 6-foot-5 pivotman, earned first-team all-state honors last season.
