Edward Nelson Richter, died December 13, 1994, Alta View Hospital.
Born August 16, 1909, Warren, Oregon, son of Vencl Richter and Clara May Rogers. He was 85 years old, cause of death incident to age.He retired as a sawmill shipping clerk in 1974. He was an active member of the LDS Church having served as ward clerk and high priest group leader. He was married to the former Velma Jones, October 5, 1946, in Sutherlin, Oregon. They were later sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Velma, of Sandy; son, Bruce Edward of Sandy; daughter, Gayle Diane Keller of Orem; son, Keith of Springfield, Oregon; son, Harold of Idaho; and daughter, Charlotte of Oregon; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Friday, December 16, 1994, 11 a.m., Londonderry LDS Ward Chapel, 11164 S. Londonderry Dr. (1515 East). Friends may call at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 S. 1700 East, Thursday 6-8 p.m. and at the church Friday, one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in Roseburg, Oregon on Tuesday, December 20th.
